Returns
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
If the customer send back the bought goods, we can not pay delivery charges back.
How do I return an item?
According to the Act of March 2, 2000, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, you can return the product purchased in the online store without giving any reason. Such goods, such as fragrance oils, however, cannot bear traces of use, cannot be opened or damaged and must be in the original packaging with all its contents.

How long will I wait for delivery?
Within 48 hours - on business days - of completing the order, we will order a courier for you. From that moment on, the order fullfilment time depends on the courier company you choose.
What forms of delivery are there?
